OPPO’s Find X7 Series Might Feature a Killer Camera

In a day and age where the race for mobile photography performance has been dominated by the likes of Apple, Samsung, and Google, it should be said that competing brands from China have likewise upped their smartphone camera game. As such, it looks like Oppo is preparing to wow audiences with the impending release of the Oppo Find X7 series. 

Granted, the phone isn’t out yet, but leaks and rumors have nonetheless swirled around its existence. More recently, Oppo itself gave a quick teaser about the Find X7 series via its Weibo social media page, giving fans a preview of the device’s camera hardware.

Oppo says that the Find X7 series will come with Sony’s LYT-900 camera sensor, one of the newer one-inch imaging sensors that we’ve been seeing more of lately. While some might dismiss the inclusion or larger camera sensors inside smartphones as a trend, they do come with advantages to overall image quality, such as better detail and exposure in photos.

Aside from this however, no other information has been shared, so details such as price, availability, and other hardware specs remain a mystery at the moment. With that being said, it should be interesting to see how the Find X7 series ends up, and whether or not we’ll see it launch for global markets.
