ROAD TOWN, British Virgin Islands – February  2, 2024 – Bitfinex (https://www.bitfinex.com/), a premier digital asset trading platform, announced today that it will be among the first exchanges to list DYM, the native token of Dymension. 

Dymension, a layer-1 blockchain within the Cosmos ecosystem, aims to transform decentralized applications (dApps) with its innovative modular blockchain system known as “RollApps.” This system enables developers to enhance the efficiency and speed of application development on the Dymension network, facilitated by the user-friendly RollApp Development Kit. By providing standard modules for essential functions like account creation and token management, the kit streamlines the development and deployment processes, significantly minimizing the time and effort needed for coding fundamental features while also enhancing performance and scalability.

As the native token of Dymension, DYM is used to pay transaction fees, while also providing holders with governance rights, allowing token holders to participate in decision-making processes related to the network.

Deposits of DYM can be made on Bitfinex from approximately 1:00 PM UTC on February 6, 2024. Trading is scheduled to commence from approximately 3:00 PM UTC on February 6, 2024, with DYM being tradable against US Dollars (DYM/USD) and Tether tokens (DYM/USDt).
