Samsung Reportedly Working on a “Vivid Display” Fix for the Galaxy S24

[ad_1]

While Samsung’s Galaxy S24 series phones are some of the company’s most popular handsets in a while, a number of reports from users have emerged complaining about the quality of the “Vivid Mode” display settings. Apparently, the Galaxy S24 fails to live up to its predecessors, at least in terms of display quality.

With that being said, it’s now expected that Samsung might soon push a software update to address the issue. The report comes from tech leaker Ice Universe, who claims that an incoming update will improve the quality of the Vivid Mode screen setting.

For those unfamiliar with the issue, Samsung’s phones offer a way to adjust the display saturation thanks to selections like Natural and Vivid mode. The latter mode is supposed to introduce a more saturated color profile, although some users state that this isn’t the case on their respective units.

Additionally, the issue isn’t limited to the S24 Ultra – users with the base model Galaxy S24 as well as S24 Plus variants have likewise complained about the issue. In any case, Galaxy S24 owners could very well receive a fix for the issue, although Samsung has yet to formally announce any of the sort.
