bad data structure on creating a segwit transaction

i’m trying to sign a segwit bitcoin transaction and i wanna know if the problem is with my data structure because i get error : "Code: -26, Error: non-mandatory-script-verify-flag (Signature must be zero for failed CHECK(MULTI)SIG operation)".
