5. In the Look In drop-down menu, select C: and Search<br />
6. When ie.inf file is located right click and choose Install on the context menu<br />
7. Follow the procedure and reboot the computer when file copy process is complete</p>
<p>After those steps your Internet Explorer will be repaired and you will be able to use it again.</p>
<p>However, since IE 6 has so many vulnerabilities it is recommended to think about using more stable and secure Internet browsers available online, such as Firefox or Opera.</p>
